Goooo Canada!

It was a BIG game last night, according to Daddy. It was 2 - 1 Canada and with less than a minute left, goalie Miller for the US got off the ice so the US could have 6 men on the ice. Daddy thought Canada had locked in its gold but alas -- the US scored in the last 30 seconds tying the game at 2 - 2 and Daddy punched the sofa!

Lauren was getting very stressed out watching the game -- she started eating her Team Canada shirt!

Daddy then made us sit in suspended animation until he freaked us all out when he screamed for joy as Crosby scored the winning goal! YEAH!!!!

Lauren and I are having a hard to hearing each other this morning due to daddy's deafening screams! We even watched the ceremony and Daddy sang Oh Canada for us live.

It was a good day. Goooooo Canada!

Doesn't Mommy look tired? It's because Lauren isn't sleeping at night very long stretches and I keep waking up...:P
