Back from my travels!

I am finally back from traveling all over the place and whew was it tiring -- but it was lots of fun! During my time away, we celebrated my cousin, Ha-Rin's 2nd birthday in New York. We then went to Toronto for a week to visit my grandparents in Canada. My schedule was very busy as I had lots of fans to meet! My mom and dad got some time off and went to Lake Muskoka for a night and enjoyed it immensely. They told me that all they did was sleep though -- that must be fun for them! haha. They also attended good friend's Woj and Kate's wedding which was beautiful and intimate and had a good time catching up with some of daddy's friends.

Anyway, on with the pictures, since that's what you guys are all interested in...but I still love you guys..

Here is Grandpa Kim at Ha-Rin's 2nd birthday!

Here's my pool mom recently bought me! Don't sweat my hot body...sheesh.

During our trip to Toronto, we had a bbq with my dad's cousins. Aunt Karen and Aunt Julie prepared a huge feast of steaks, shrimp, corn, sweet potato mash and broccoli salad. It was delicious!!! And on top of that, I got to go swimming with all my other cousins!

Here I am with Aunt Julie. She's great!! Here is cousin Cameron -- he's the game master of the Wii.

Here are Madison and Katharine followed by Jacob!

Look how pretty my godmother/Aunt Michelle is...*sigh*. Aunt Julie makes me laugh!!

Here are all the cousins in the pool!! I'm so cool, hanging out with everyone -- yeah!

My most recent development is that I've learned to roll -- from my tummy to my back. I'm growing up for sure no matter how much my parents want me to stay this size!

hee hee...

I LOVE baths! Here I am as the newly cleaned Yoda!

And now, here are some closeups! Aren't I so cute!!?!??!?!

My dad almost didn't let me post these pictures as he thinks I look like a girl! hee hee...do you see my curly eyelashes!! so purty!! Don't be jealous..haha.

Little kisses,
Matthew

Meet Leah!

These are a few photos from my trip to San Francisco. I met up with my Samchoon Dennis and Waesoongmo Janet. They made my stay there so comfortable. I had my own crib and Leah and I shared diaper changing products. We went for short walks together and I even went with Leah to her first month checkup! Leah is a good sleeper in her car seat whereas I needed company in the back so mommy ended up sitting in the back with the 2 of us while Janet drove us around.

Here we are with some of Leah's friends...

Leah and I.....we be best buds. She has such a nice little puff of hair -- meanwhile, I've lost all my baby hair now and I'm almost balding...we are hoping it grows back soon!

This is Sophie my new giraffe...I love her and I think she loves me....

These are some gauze pads Samchoon Dennis bought as it doesn't stick to your tushy as much. I decided to play with them instead and pretend I was a boy who got stitches on his head and followed by a SARS patient.

Miss Leah with little pony tails! :) soooo cute! And she's wearing her new outfit from my Grandma Kim!!

Leah and I....she's pointing at me if you look closely...meanie.

hee hee....we have fun together.

And for mom and Janet's birthday, my daddy sent over a big edible bouquet! :) how purty and yummy....Leah and I loved the balloon as we kept staring it non-stop.

I tried to suck a strawberry but I think I like cantaloupes the best...yummy.

Here I am in Samchoon's gaming chair appropriately holding his Xbox controller...he's crazy..

Anyone want a burger?? Look, I'm wearing Leah's shoe socks...purty ballet slippers...hee hee...

Here is Samchoon and I showing off our burger hats....

I miss them already...but we will see them soon in September and by then Leah will have a lot more to say!!!

Love,
Matthew

Happy 100 Days!

It's been a long time since I've been back at work updating you on my life. I just returned from San Francisco and finally have a chance to upload some pictures from my 100 days! Grandma and Grandpa Kim came from Toronto along with Gomo Michelle and Gomoboo Michael (from Newport Beach!). It was tons of fun to see them all and hang out with the whole Kimbo clan.

Grandpa Kim and catch up on the times...

The Kimbo grandparents....followed by Grandpa Kwon!

Here is all my jewelry I received from my mom's generous aunts and my great grandparents. Haha, don't I look like a princess. If you look closely, I'm also wearing my mom's ring when she was a baby! It's the one with the 3 flowers on it..hee hee.

Grandpa Kwon and Grandma Kwon threw a big bash in honor of my 100 days. We had a BBQ outside despite the rain with lots of kalbi, spicy pork, lots of Korean side dishes and king crab legs and scallops.

Cheers! to a great party... Great grandma and Great grandpa entertaining me...

Here's my dad doing what he does best -- drinking and his signature tae kwon do chop.

Here I am all dolled up ready for pictures in front of my 100 days cake. Isn't my outfit spiffy?? Grandpa Kwon made me my hat with berries. It made me look like a reindeer but for those that are smart, my hat actually reads king in Chinese...um, I think. haha.

Look, remember my newboy hat? It fits me now and I look so gosh darn cute! And then here I am hanging out with great grandma...she's so comfortable to be held by...

You will have to excuse my non-smiling face in front of the cake as I was rudely awakened, dressed and put in front of all the paparazzi. Mom and Dad tried to make me feel better and it helped a little bit. My cake is made out of rice cake, a tradition during the 100 days celebration. It's really yummy as we all took some home....yum, I wish I had some more...I guess I'll have to wait until Leah turns 100 days...

Sad that I was woken up and then bored while Grandpa Kwon lit the candles...haha.

Here I am with another hat...followed by the traditional 100 days pose -- in my birthday suit -- thank goodness I'm cute in all my fatness!

Happy 100 days to me!!! Thanks to all our family members for making my day so special and fun. See you all soon!
